Do you still lose weight on maintenance?

Hi all!

So I'm going on an all inclusive holiday on 31st May, I'm going to re-feed the week before (is this enough or should I do 2 weeks?). When I get back I'm planning on going back on lipotrim TFR for a week to lose what I put on, but what I was wondering was if I then re-feed and go on the maintenance plan will I still lose weight - I want to - or should I stick to TFR? I've got less than 3 stone to lose.
 
You can still lose weight on maintenance but it will take much, much longer than trf. I'd do trf, but you have to do what's best for you. Make sure what you choose is for the right reasons x x x
 
1 weeks refeed should be fine. But don't go mad on holiday - shoving every last morsel of food in your mouth and drinking everything sight will just undo weeks of hard work! You can have fun and be sensible!
 
Thanks and :) I'm going to try my hardest not to mad! Like you said I don't want to undo all my hard work!

Its my second week now and I don't feel like I've lost any weight, I've had soup 3 times this week and added black pepper to it, could this have had any effect on my weight loss?
 
I had soup every single work day when I first did LT and always added some pepper as it used to taste far worse than it does now. I don't think it made any difference to my losses.
