I am feeling a lot of anger towards the Carphone Warehouse!!! Anyone on here work for them, could do with some advice, trying so hard not to lose my temper with their customer services but my patience is wearing extremely thin. Customer loyalty counts for sod all these days....and if I cancel my contract they'll charge me over a grand!?!?!?!
I've been with them for 4 years and diligently pay my bills and insurance - in decmeber I lost my phone and found that when I upgraded they "forgot" to add my insurance back on, which has been added every other time for the whole time I've been with them. Granted, they're not going to replce my phone, I accept that, but I put a bar on my phone and it was a full month before i could afford to purchase a seconbd hand handset and get a new sim card. I (reasonably in my opinion) asked that the line rental be waived for this period as I hadn't used the phone or any services. The guy I spoke to was really arrogant and basically told me to trot on!
Can anyone advise me? Am i in the wrong? Its only 40 quid but it's the principle
