I normally go out of my way to avoid confrontation. But today I am hungry (DD) and not in the mood for inefficient people.
So far today I have had a go at the man making my subway salad (he didn't know how to make a salad so instead of asking for help decided to ignore me and serve the person behind me. YOU DO NOT IGNORE A HUNGRY PERSON ON A DD WHEN THEY ARE WAITING FOR FOOD ;-)
The receptionist at the local hotel, I have called half a dozen times in the past week to speak to a specific person (who's direct number i am calling) as she failed to email me a cnfirmation receipt for a deposit i had paid) She never answers her phone and does not have voice mail. So fianlly today left a message with the recpetionist who finally picked up the anaswered phone and told her what i thought about the half dozen previous faile attempts to get an answer .
Then I had to call ofsted about something and need them to correct a mistake on a receipt i need for my registration. And although when they sent me the wrong receipt a month ago they sent it via email as a pdf she insisted she can only send me a hard copy. WHich means waiting for it and uneceessary expense printing and mailing something that I will then have to wait for. I tried to nicely point out that yes she could email it to me but got frustrated when she said she was not allowed to so i pointed out that her very office did email the receipt (all be it the one with wrong info on it) clearly she was allowed but was choosing not to.
Maybe i shcoul always make complaints on DD LOL
