Im on day three, went into ketosis on day 2 and my tummy has gone right down (less bloated)
I find this diet easy as I dont drink alcohol and can give up tea and coffee in place of water - do you drink at all?
I also find drinking lots of water to flush out those toxis so much more benefitting.
Please dont think I am showing off, I want to help you stay positive.
Have you tried my oopsie roll recipe.... they are such a lifesaver for me and gives me a "bread" satisfaction without the carbs!
