As the title suggests I am going to be a bridesmaid for my sisters wedding on August 2nd 2014.

I have previously done sw and lost 6st 11lb (from a starting weight of 20st 1lb) I have gained 2 stone since stopping and rejoined a few weeks ago at 15st 6lb,lost 8lb in my first week then went on holiday and regained 6lb so here I am at 15st 4lb,exactly 2 stone more than I was a year ago.

I go to boot camp 3 times a week and lead quite an active lifestyle,I work full time and have 4 kids so planning is key xx

Going to use this diary to track my progress and write my meals down x

8lb in your first week - that's an amazing loss - well done you:) Keep going as you are - you will look fab as your sister's bridesmaid next year.
Good luck with your goals.

I'm in the same boat hun, my friend is getting married Dec 2014 which I know is quite a while away but it is what made me decide in the last 6 months to try and lose some poundage!

I definitely did not want to be a fat bridesmaid!

Looking forward to seeing your meals :) xx

This is my first swap ready for the nightshift last night.

I'm on a double shift tomorrow which is going to be a big challenge so already planning meals...banana when I get up, magic porridge for proper breakfast at 9ish, sw quiche with salad for lunch and something chickeny for tea lol xx
