but could someone just give me a basic breakdown of the diet,
iv been on the cambridge diet and struggling with the cost and noticed this is abit cheaper,
im a female, 5 ft 5 and weight 11 stone 7
ive been on the slim and save website and will be doing the 3 pack package,
just not sure from there..
am i right in thinking i could have a chocolate shake for breakfast, a bar for lunch and then a slim and save spagetti bolognise for tea?
but then a 200 calorie meal and vegitables is mentioned.. is that instead of the spagetti bolognise or aswell as?
