Hi

I'm on my third week of slimming world this week. I'm still unsure of some things, so I decided to post what I eat on here. Any help or pointers anyone can give me will be a great help.

30/10/12 EE Day

Ok this is what I have eaten today.

Breakfast: Hi-fi light bar (HexB)
Snack: Crab Sticks x3 Second Hi-fi Light
Lunch: Mugshot Spicey Sweet and Sour
Snack: Apple, a BITE of half syn cake (never again)
Tea: Homemade stew. Beef (no fat) stock, leeks, carrot, sweet potato, potato, swede.
Pudding (very rare occasion): Rasberry and lemon sylabub (1/2 syn)

HexA: 400ml Alpro Hazelnut milk.
I know I haven't had any of my syns today.

Tomorrow is my first early shift since joining Slimming World. I have to be up at 04:30 so don't know how I will cope, but I will see.

Can anyone see if I have gone wrong anywhere.
