I'm wandering if anyone can help.
I'm presently trying the Dr Wynnie Chan 5 a day diet, with mixed results.
Do I have to calorie count fruit and vegetables? On the site it says I can have unlimited of both as a snack or with main meals but in meal suggestions it seems to count them as calories. So far I haven't counted them so am wandering if this is why i'm getting varied weight loss...... and gain!!!
