Dreamer's Wake up diary 2012...

:wave_cry: Well after trashing another weekend of slimming I have decided to keep a food diary as well on here, yours are inspirational and hope it will make a difference writing things down, it used to be food diary all the way but it seems to have gone by the way side of late.... my goal of 7lb a month has slipped thru my fingers dialling a chinese in work and in all honesty I feel really physically ill this morning so NO MORE !!!!

Monday 13th feb

Hea1-skimmed milk
Hea2-
Heb1-wholemeal roll
Heb2-

Breakfast-lean bacon, and mushrooms and an orange..

Lunch-BNS and pepper soup and a tangerine..

Dinner-actifry chips, gravy 1syn, banana, 2 toffees 3 syns, 1/2 syn roulade which was blinking gorgeous did have choc phili on it tho so about 3 id say...

snacks-

syns-gravy,1 toffees-3, choc phili 3 syns... wil have a kitkat later with a coffee-5.5syns=12.5syns...

fluid-1lt diet vimto squash, 3 big coffees, 2 diet pepsis.

exercise- walked to work 15mins...

Thought for day- Only I can do this for myself !!!

Tuesday 14th feb awwwww valentines day x hoping for a green day...

Hea1-skimmed milk

Breakfast-porridge milk apple

Lunch-shape yoghurt, BNS and pepper soup and a banana in work..

Dinner-turkey burger, actifry chips and h/m coleslaw 1 syn for mayo

snacks-mugshot(il take 1 to work may not use it tho)didnt use it..

syns-4 celebrations, 6 mayo in coleslaw 1 and a pack of crisps 6=13

fluid-at least 1litre of weak squash, 3 coffees and a litre of other ...

exercise- walk to work 15 mins and housy stuff

Thought for day-I so love my hubby he is amazing and loves me to bits x
