Hi all i know that liquidsing fruit is a syn, but is this the same for homemade vegetables liquidised n drank. Thanks

Hi, my slimming world consultant told me that if you juice the veg at home, without adding anything else to it, it's free.

Pureed VEG is free. Pureed fruit, however, is Synned.
