I found this on the exante part of the forum. Exante works in exactly the same way as lipotrim so therefore these should be allowed on lipotrim too?? I have tried the tesco's own brand strawberry still water with no citric acid in it this week and I'm still in ketosis and still losing weight. Have a read of this link...
