Hi,
I'm just wondering if anyone has got any tips they would like to share on what else, if anything, they do besides diet & exercise to promote weight loss and just generally to make yourself feel better about who you are?
For me, I love dry brushing my skin every morning it's been brilliant for reducing the cellulite on the backs of my legs within a couple of months. I can really see a difference, not perfect but loads better and better still since I've started chugging down so much water. I also love to have a soak in Epsom salts. I've started to make my own natural shampoos, conditioners, soaps ( still very trial and error! lol!! but it keeps me happy!)
I think it's good to focus on your own body in a positive way when your losing weight. I seemed to have hated myself for being overweight and that's a terrible thing to do. There are loads of old platitudes out there like "If you don't love yourself, then how . . . "etc, etc. But I guess it's true. Sian x
