Dry Skin Brushing and Other Weight Loss Tools

Hi,
I'm just wondering if anyone has got any tips they would like to share on what else, if anything, they do besides diet & exercise to promote weight loss and just generally to make yourself feel better about who you are? :)

For me, I love dry brushing my skin every morning it's been brilliant for reducing the cellulite on the backs of my legs within a couple of months. I can really see a difference, not perfect but loads better and better still since I've started chugging down so much water. I also love to have a soak in Epsom salts. I've started to make my own natural shampoos, conditioners, soaps ( still very trial and error! lol!! but it keeps me happy!)
I think it's good to focus on your own body in a positive way when your losing weight. I seemed to have hated myself for being overweight and that's a terrible thing to do. There are loads of old platitudes out there like "If you don't love yourself, then how . . . "etc, etc. But I guess it's true. Sian x
