Dukan Books on Sale in The Works

They had the first book in store for £1.99 and then had the Dukan Life Plan book for £6.99 which is about half price. There are a lot of lovely recipes.

They have them online too though the first book is more expensive.... check it out here

welcome hunni, I like the very first recipe for vol u vents, really tasty. They don't look anything like pastry, but I did half the measure and got loads of pastires, cut in half I hadthem with salmon pate.
