Just a quick question about the Dukan books.

Does the 'Dukan Diet Life Plan: The Bestselling Dukan Weight-loss Programme Made Easy' contain everything that the original Dukan Diet book has or do I need both or just 'The Dukan Diet' and 'The Dukan Diet Recipe Book'

I think the Dukan Diet Life plan would be fine. Personally I had both the Dukan Diet book and the recipe book but gave the recipe book away to another Dukaner. I am happy with just the Dukan diet book with has quite a few recipes and this site for recipes! Hope that helps.

I'd stay away from the recipe book, unless it's free, cos it's littered with mistakes that a new person to the diet mightn't spot!
