BBC1 this evening (1st September) at 8pm. It'll be interesting to see what they say about it!
 
If it's on Watchdog it won't be good :(
 
I'm willing to bet it's the coaching site that'll be under fire rather than the diet itself. If the diet is criticised, I'll join you with my fingers in my ears. ;)

... scuttling off to watch iplayer when I get the chance, just to have our gut feelings about the coaching site confirmed ;-)
 
Just watched it and am really glad I didn't sign up for the coaching now.

Just goes to show that old adage is true "If it seems too good to be true, it probably is!"

Thank goodness I have you guys!
 
Dont think it said anything we didnt know.

Nice for them to not rubbish the diet and to encourage just using the book.
 
I recorded it in the country - don't have UK TV in the city - so will watch it at another time.

I'm disappointed we didn't get a mention(!)... but I guess we should be grateful that they didn't suggest using the Daily Mail's version!! haaaa!
 
if you watch on iplayer, it starts at 24 minutes
