I've have cooked 2 whole chickens and don't want to waste the carcasses so I want to make chicken soup!
I've boiled both carcasses (removed as much visible fat as i could before boiling) for a couple of hours in water and left the pot on the stove until tomorrow when I will buy some carrot and celery and make a soup for me to dip in when i get peckish.
Have any experienced Dukaners made something similar? can u offer any advice?

- what I can add to make it palatable?
- any other veg I can add?
- best way to skim off fat?
- is this even a good idea?
