It was suggested I keep a diary on here so I can get some support as Im doing EE online from home.
I've done SW before and had a great and easy loss of 3 stone in approx 3-4 month. Looking back on this I have told people oh that was a year ago but when I actually looked into it it was 2010!!! Since then I haven't dieted at all and certainly haven't been watching my weight so when I decided to go back on SW because my clothes were getting a bit snug I fully prepared myself to have put the 3 stone back on! It was so awful trying to pluck up the courage to get back on. I've always been heavy - even when I was smaller so I try not to weigh myself but I knew I had to. So with a heavy heart I got back on.

I put on just over a stone! 15 pounds in 2 years of holidays takeaways eating out! I could have cried!!

To get within a healthy weight I should be losing around 6 stone but I see that as being a massive mountain to climb so with that in mind I set my SW target at 2stone by the time my 3 month subscription runs out (oct) with the goal of 3 stone before christmas.

I then plan to enjoy Christmas and my birthday and start again in the new year for the other 3 stone.

SW is best for me because I am SUCH a fussy eater and can quite easily find things I like that are free such as a bowl of peas...

Soo today on EE

breakfast - 2 slices hovis wholemeal nimble HE

Snack - babybel HE

lunch - jacket tuna and onion

Dinner - not sure have a selection of recipes I have printed and the ingredients
 
Weigh in day... Sort of... So I joined online on Friday last week so I could spend the weekend planning. I had a couple of parties to go to so wasn't good until the Monday. So on my WI today I have only been doing it 5 days and have lost 2.5 pounds... I am telling myself that my next WI will be better because it'll be a full week but its still got me down lol. Pathetic! Just want it off NOW! I wanna enjoy what's left of my 20s in river island clothes lol sounds like an amazing ambition but I soooo want to be back in them. And I want a lipsy dress... A day will come when I will be too old to get away with wearing these things... So I want to get them now for maximum wear!!! Haha. So 2.5 pounds towards my target!!! Come on body get a shimmy on
 
Another pound down another million to go!!! Lol food directory and first mag came today so I am looking for inspiration. Fancy having one of those chicken burgers with chips today where you make the coleslaw and salsa. It sounds nice. Also getting mildy excited about freddo bars. Its amazing that someone like me who isn't that bothered about chocolate goes mental when you take chocolate out of the equation for a few days. The taste was just amazing!!! Reminds me to savour my food! Already got a cheat day pencilled in... Mothers bday and she wants a curry. Im gonna try and keep it sensible but the place we are going is supposed to be amazing so I might have to have a bhargi and a bhuna... Probs go for boiled rice though. Might skip my bread healthy extra... If I have a chappati do you think half my HE counts towards it? No idea... Probs ask the question nearer the time.
