Easiyo Yogurts

Good morning to all my lovely SW friends

Can anyone tell me what the syn value is in the following Easiyo yogurts. I don't attend SW groups anymore so I can't check on line :break_diet:

Boysenberry
Custard
Green N Honey

Whilst these are my fave ones, I DO understand that these are the higher fat content but I split the whole packet up (once made) into several days worth......

hi all,

i know im being really stupid - but! the syn values is that 100g of powder made up or 100g of finished product? is there a way to work out how many syns in the whole finished container and then i can work out how many syns in what i actually want to eat! make sense? nope doesnt to me either but i know what i mean!!!!!!
