hi all
have been lurking for a while getting all your fab ideas and tips and inspirational stories ..
me and the hubby have been following slimming world since last monday ( from home. .not going to classes ) and we have both had losses this week..
ive lost 2lbs hubby has lost 5lbs
mainly sticking to green days at the minute as we find them more filling ( and cheaper also!)
i know that i really need to get more veg into my diet .. hubs is fine hes eating so much fruit and veg hes going to turn into a swede!!
i have thought about making a soup that i often make anyways.. as this would be an ideal way of having more veg!
this is the recipe that i usually make.. its so easy and just wondered if it would be free on green days and red days..
carrots
celery
onion
garlic
chick or veg stock cubes
chilli and pepper to taste..
