I have started this today and hoping to go well with it - I wondered if anyone else ate this way and how they found it?

I got a book by tosca Reno she done the eat clean diet - its about getting rid of processed foods from your diet and eating healthy foods in its most natural form - so today I had

Muesli with strawberries and fat free yogurt

Fresh Fruit salad

Salmon with bulgar wheat and side salad

Extra lean steak with sweet potato and broccoli, tomatoes, mushrooms and herbs

Small Slice of wholewheat bread with scrambled egg whites and herbs

Carrots

All that and I still have 380 cals left from 1200 as I burned 450 off at the gym xx
