NEW START
New foods dues to lots of foods making me ill.
so now it's lentils, kidney beans, 3 bean salads, butter beans instead of pasta,potatoes,bread,rice n couscous
Lots of lean meat, lots of chicken n turkey. Lots of eggs. No fruit, loads of veg n salad. No dairy.
Been following it for a week and feel 100% better, no pains.
Not sure if i will see any difference on the scales tomorrow, i hope i do as i've not been bloated this week i feel so much slimmer
Can anyone please offer me some advise or some recipes ?
