Hello can anyone helpTandoori mixed grill with boiled rice on extra easy how manysyns would that be thanks

I can only find a syn count for tandoori chicken which is 9 syns on EE - the boiled rice would be free
It really depends what the mixed grill consists of - if it's lean meat without skin, the 9 syns could be about right
