Agree with all of the above - a little chicken salad wont spoil things in the slightest - if anything the only thing that would spoil it for me would be the SALAD!!! PMSL!!... just dont have any croutons with it, no dressing etc... it will only be a few extra calories that go in your body which in the grand scheme of things wont make a difference unless you plan on eating an entire chicken..!! .. just enjoy your meal and get back on plan the next day! However, depending on how you feel you would also be perfectly in your right to sit there with a shake...!!! xx
