Hi everyone!
I'm on day 5 of TS and it's going well so far!
However, my mum took me for lunch today and I didn't want to say no so I made the best choice I could - I had a tiger prawn and roasted pepper salad- was lovely!
What is the best option for eating out? I'm assuming it is high protein, low carb? Or is it just low cal?
