I just figured out the syns calculator and apparently.....if I did it right....
1 syn PER SLICE!!!
8.5 PER 100G
Its gone in bin!
I think I may have figured where my little gain may have come from but I can't find the info.
Anybody know if Morrisons Savers Chicken Slices (not pieces...sandwich slices like the ham) is synned or not.
I have been eating loads and just noticed the fat content is quite higher than the ham so had me questioning but cannot find info on SW.
