Extra Easy EE help please

Hi I'm so in need of some guidance for EE I've done slimming world before but only as green days I cannot get EE into my head not sure if I'm making it more confusing than it is I only eat chicken so would have this for my tea with salas sw chips etc but for my dinner I tend to have pasta or jackets I'm confused what I have to put with these to make it EE I eat fruit during the day and after meals x
 
You dont have to have every meal of veg/meal/potatoes. You could have fryup for breakfast. Jacket with side salad for lunch and say chicken chips and salad for tea.. x
 
Its not just salad either! you could have some super free soup with your lunch or fryed mushrooms, leeks and peppers, you can have steamed carrots and other veggies!
 
So am I right that if I have lets say a bachelors pasta packet for lunch I have to have salad with it to make it EE so could I have sw chips or a jacket with that and it be ok xx
 
You would need to incorporate some super free. The best way I can explain it if you are used to the old plans is 2/3 of your plate have to be from the red or green plan (can be either or both that's up to you) and 1/3 has to be super free meaning foods that were free on both plans (not eggs,or yogurts). So if you are doing a savoury rice throw in some mushrooms, peppers, onions and you are laughing. You could have a jacket with this if you wanted but you need to make sure your plate follows the 2/3 1/3 rule so you would add more super free. Hope that helps
