I have just began my weight loss journey on sw. Having read the books I am confused on the extra easy plan. I was wondering if anyone finds this easy to follow and maintain a steady weight loss. thanks

I will not be the best person to listen to as only started yesterday. I did however follow extra easy last year and lost over 2 stone so yes it works! You need to remember the golden rule of 1/3 super free foods per meal!
