Just wanted to put it out there... 2.5lb off. I've got my first half stone sticker and I can't stop smiling!!! I know it's not that much in the grand scheme of where I'm going but I'm so so pleased x

fantastic and it is a huge achievement dont put yourself down half a stone is approx a new born baby in weight every lb counts well done keep up the fab job your doing

Losing half a stone after only two weigh ins is an amazing achievement took me 4 weeks
