I go through 15-20 a week and thats just for me. two in my dukan bread daily, two in my omlettes, if I do muffins thats another 4............they just add up LOL.
It says in the book that if you have cholestrol problems to limit to two a day and only use the whites ifyou need more than that. Oatbran every day helps cholestrol too, which is something you MUST have every day, but stick to your limits.
