Eggy bread /Fried bread

Can anyone give me the recipies for these please and tell m if there the same thing?
also are they syn free if you use your bread as your hexB??

Yes I would say they were the same thing. No recipe really, just dunk your bread in beaten egg and fry it in frylight. And yes, syn free if using the bread as your HEB

Eggy bread is dipped in egg as above but fried bread is just fried, you don't need to add egg

Although if you want sweet eggy bread add cinnamon and sweetener to the beaten egg, then dip bread in and fry with fry lite

For really good fried bread spray lots of frylite on bread and fry x
