I am starting weight watchers for the first time today. I think keeping a food diary is a great idea to keep me motivated, as thats what im lacking at the moment. I only want to lose another half a stone, so hoping to do this by september 10th (7 weeks) . do you guys think this is a good aim?
Im aiming for 29 pp per day:
so here it goes......
16th July
Breakfast:9am 2 wheetabix with skimmed milk and topped with a few strawberries:5pp
Snack around 11am: an apple: 0pp
Lunch at 1.30: 2 tesco pitta breads dunked in one tablespoon of low fat houmous, plus carrot and cucumber sticks.9pp?
Cup of tea with skimmed milk (no sugar) =1pp
so far ive used 15/29 of my pro points!
Still have dinner to go, im really full whilst writing this but am still craving some thing chocolate :S x
