So I just started last week - am still a bit all over the place with my eating and sleeping patterns, came back from Florida last week and just haven't been able to get back to normal. I start back to work tomorrow so hopefully that will get me back on track

Brunch: Scrambled egg made with 2 eggs, no butter or anything. Small fruit salad with banana, 2 small apples, mandarin and a few grapes

Small Lunch: Salad made with sliced tomatoes, some fresh basil and 50g Feta Cheese (HexA)

Snack: Bag of salt & vinegar Ryvita Minis (HexB)

Dinner: Massive stir fry with lean sirloin steak, a huge amount of superfree veg, ready-to-wok noodles (3 syns), and home-made sauce with soy sauce, lime juice and honey (4 syns)

If I eat anything else tonight it'll be another small fruit salad

I lost 9.5lb!!!!!! Yay :eek:)

I was working today 12-7 and it all went wrong, I slept in and didn't have time to have brekkie or prepare lunch as planned so I was at a bit of a disadvantage! Work was crazily busy and I didn't get to take a break until 4pm so I was absolutely starving by the time I got something to eat, and was very tempted by something bold but I managed to hold it together! So today I had:

Lunch: Cully & Sully carrot and coriander soup, 7 syns with a small bread roll, 7.5 syns, a banana and an orange

Dinner: Chicken breast stuffed with philadelphia light, with lean bacon medallion wrapped around it, served with lots of carrots, peas and some steamed baby potatoes - have to say it was absolutely delicious!

Feeling a bit peckish so going to have a mullerlite before bed and that's me done for the day. Far from an ideal day but I still managed to stay on track so am quite pleased with myself

I sure hope so! It seems to be from my list.. potatoes, chicken and bacon medallions (no fat) are free foods, carrots and peas are super free, philadelphia light was my healthy extra A, and it was delicious :)

I think I'm turning into a vampire! My sleep patterns are so strange at the moment - I woke up at 9am, thought great Ill have 10 more minutes, set my alarm and woke up at 1pm!! Very annoying :(

Lunch: 2 boiled eggs, 60g wholemeal bread (HExB), 10g low fat spread (2 syns), punnet of raspberries and an apple

Dinner: Homemade chicken biriyani (2.5 syns for curry paste), cucumber raita and a tomato and red onion salad (2 syns for tsp of olive oil)

Venti cappuccino with skimmed milk - I asked and found out that venti in Starbucks is 20fl oz so that's approx 600ml - 375 ml is my HExA, so for the other 225ml it's 3.5 syns

Snacks - small bag of popcorn (3.5 syns), mandarin and apple

Today wasn't so good but I didn't go over my syns so that's something I suppose. I also didn't have enough super free foods or my HExB :(

In the morning we were going to meet the person who did our wedding photographs to pick the ones for the album (so exciting!) but I had to do some unexpected errands first so had no time for breakfast (common theme here of missing breakfasts, have to change that!).

For lunch I had a big tin of baked beans with a slice of Hovis Best of Both (4.5 syns) and a punnet of blueberries.

For dinner I had an omelette with 2 eggs, bacon medallions, peppers, red onion and 50g feta cheese (HExA). I had half a pepper raw on the side while making it too!

2 plain chocolate digestives (8 syns)

I also didn't drink enough water today

Had a SP this evening and shouldn't have as it has annoyed me! It's showing me up 2 now I know WI isn't until Thurs and it can just be the body playing tricks etc but its really annoying! Also the fact that I'm annoyed is annoying me lol normally I can weigh myself and not have a problem if its not what I expected, just get on with it etc but not tonight!

Had a funny couple of days - have stayed on plan in terms if what I've chosen to eat and haven't had quite enough super free foods but overall it could be worse.

Today I had 2 mini baby bel (HExA), 60g wholemeal bread (HExB), half carton of Avonmore Farmhouse Veg soup (7 syns), home made spag Bol (3 syns for olive oil) with big handful of raw mushrooms, Alpen light bar (3.5 syns) and some grapes

Well this week has been a strange one for me - I have stuck to the plan but haven't been as organised so I've found it more difficult, have to get back to proper plans etc.


Today I had:

2 Alpen Light bars (HExB) with a banana

Chocolate Digestive (4 syns)

Home made chicken biriyani with red onion & tomato salad and cucumber raita (6 syns)

Venti cappuccino in Starbucks (HExA and 3.5 syns)

Not sure what happened to lunch, was running around and seemed to forget to have any! Which is why I was starving and ate the biscuit...

I'm back!


I fell off the wagon - very annoyed with myself as it had been going so well. Anyway, fresh start as of today!

2 Mini Babybels (HExA)

Sandwich made with 2 slices whole meal bread (HExB) and homemade egg mayo (3 syns for mayo)

Not sure what's going to be for dinner yet...
