Hi I am new to minimins...there's probably a thread around here about hunger and exante but it's been my first week and I am really struggling!
I weigh 13 stone,5'3 and I have pcos.
I am in my first week of Exante, and boy! Am I finding it Super difficult!
It is my 6th day of Exante, and I'm always hungry! I drink plenty of water,do exercise everyday,even eat the zero konjac noodles as well.
I have heard really good reviews of exante,but feel like I'm not loosing any weight at all!
Any suggestions would be appreciated oh and also,if my schedule is tight sometimes I miss lunch and end up having the lunch packet for dinner as well... Is that where I'm going wrong?
