I hope this doesn't effect my weight loss journey....... I was feeling a bit groggy and having a poop day....
So I made up a caramel shake and put it in the freezer. Later on I grabbed it out and am sitting with my exante ice cream watching a movie. Just what I needed. Hope it's ok though x
