Hi everybody, goona need loads of help a think lol. stopped smoking in nov last year, got diagnosed with underactive thyroid in the same week, so weight has piled on big time. Anyway hoping to be able to stick with this exante to shed some fat that has sneaked up on me while I sleep lol. I have about nearly 3st to lose!!!!!!!!!!! Havent got a clue what ketosis is but a want it!!!!!!!!!!!!!! just so it eats ma fat. If anybody else has just started today please be ma diet buddy . cheers kate
