Hi guys, i have been reading about excercise and strength training with regards to weight loss for the past hour.
There have been so many conflicting opinions that it have become very confusing and discouraging
Some people say that you must do strength training, as muscle gain results in higher fat loss. They also say that if you dont do strength training, you will lose muscle as well as fat.
Other people say cardio excercise is key to losing fat.
Then others say that while on a caloric defecit, you cant gain muscle anyway.
Could anyone give me tips on the best/most important types of excercise while losing weight? very confused right now.
