Hello all
I am on my DD for 2 days but am running both days
Do u eat back any of your exercise cals if your hungry or still with what u get
The calculator said I should have 700 so just want to check before my yummy tea of dim sum!! Xx
 
When you put your details into the calculator it asks you what level of exercise you do during the week, so it's worked out your cals already, you don't need to eat back your cals

The 20% is the percentage of your up day calories, so the lower the percent, the greater weight loss - I think that's right!
