Much better than me lol!
I went on holiday at the end of September & just can't seem to pick it up again at the pace I was doing it!
I went to the gym on Tuesday evening this week & did 30mins cardio but that's it so far for the week! Shocking isn't it?
I'll be there again tonight & I plan to do 30mins cardio & 30 mins strength training. I WILL do an hour of exercise tonight!
