Exercise Diary - September

Right, I didn't do my usual workouts today, instead I tried out My Fitness Coach Dance Workout for 30 minutes. Loved it! :)
 
Right, I've done quite well today. Had a little bit of a change to my normal stuff:

Brisk walk: 25 mins
Wii Fit: 58 minutes
Dancing: 40 minutes

Daily Total: 2 hrs 03 minutes
 
Been rushed off my feet today so I've only done 58 mins on the Fit but its better than nothing :D
 
Weights for toning up: 10 mins
Wii Fit: 0 minutes
Exercise bike: 30 minutes

Daily Total: 40 minutes

I was just gonna start my Wii Fit but something important came up, now its too late as got guests tonight. Ah well, will double up tomorrow.

Managed 35 minutes on my exercise bike though so not totally unproductive!! :)
 
Only managed 50 minutes on the Fit tonight - get into my proper workouts during the week :)
 
Dunno what happened with yesterdays entry, think I forgot to do it! Ooops!

Only done 35 minutes on the Fit tonight as got dizzy. I'm starting a new exercise and food diary tomorrow though so it'll be ciao to this one after tonight! :p

Much better than me lol!

I went on holiday at the end of September & just can't seem to pick it up again at the pace I was doing it!

I went to the gym on Tuesday evening this week & did 30mins cardio but that's it so far for the week! Shocking isn't it?

I'll be there again tonight & I plan to do 30mins cardio & 30 mins strength training. I WILL do an hour of exercise tonight!
