Well this week i have been doing my exercise dvd. 30 may shred. If any of you have done it you know its a killer. But i like it. Just wondered that i have started to feel more hungry that i normal would.
Do i eat more or drink more. Im having 2 litres of. Water a day. Don't want my body to start storing fat. So i thought id ask for a little advice.

It is a normal response for your body to ask for more fuel when you exercise heavily - i get exactly the same. I don't think it's a bad thing to listen to what your body is telling you either, eat a little more but stay on plan- keep it protein based, and don't let your hunger get to the point where you end up overeating. If you time your exercise to be just before your meal time anyway then the extra you eat should be minimal - i normally exercise in the morning and eat a 2 or 3 egg omlette right afterwards and i feel fine (on non-exercise days i only have 1 or 2 eggs).
