Exercise?!!

Hi

I have been on slim and save for a few days now and not actually in ketosis yet. What i was wondering was how much exercise :character00115: other people do and do you have enough energy to do it?

Any help regarding this would be great

Varies really what ever you feel up to just up your water and don't do any in the first week let your body adjust to the calorie intake :) x
 
I had no problem doing my usual sessions at gym day two and three. Will be training tonight

Don't overdo it, do what you normally do, slow and keep hydrated.

I have an extra pack or protein on heavy training days

Make sure you drink extra water to compensate for the exercise and you dont become dehydrated!!!

Give yourself a couple of weeks to get used to the cals and do what you feel up to..... I run/hike/swim/gym

Just listen to your body!!!
