Exercise?

Is it nessecary?

Or is it OK to do?

I've had more energy the last few days and I feel like I'd like to go for a jog :eek:

But not sure if its advised?
 
I've been going gym since day 2. See how you feel take it gently, hydrate and do what you normally do - perhaps adjusted.

For instance I normally train with less weight than before but same exercises and routine. Had no problems running/cross trainer
