Hi
Just wondering about exercising on S&s as I ve heard conflicting reports about doing lots of exercise on a VLCD . I do walk daily but am also considering doing other exercise . Any help would be very welcome

I go to the gym 4 times a week normally so my body is used to it.

I went last night but just reduced the amount I usually do.

I think the general rule of thumb is don't overdo it in your first couple of weeks and if you start to feel dizzy or unwell then stop.

I've just been for a BRISK 40 minute walk (Googlemaps said it should have taken me a hour) and I covered 3 miles whilst pushing a fairly heavy buggy.

Trick is take water with you, take a bar with you (just in case) and stop if you feel unwell.
