Hi everyone.
I'm approaching my last stone and was just wondering what kind of exercise people do? So far I haven't exactly done much in the way of exercise but I'm aware that the final stone can be a pain to get off so I'm thinking I'll have to move my butt more if I want to see results lol.
What sort of exercise would you recommend and how much? Any advice would be appreciated!
