Is ded anyone who can answer this . Do u still have big losses if u exercise alot on this . I havent been exercising much . Or is it less of loss as building muscle
 
Well, my pharmacist encourages exercise. However, if you do exercise, just be sure to drink a bit more liquid to avoid dehydration.

I don't exercise on this diet as I find your meant to drink more if you do and to be honest I struggle with the water anyway lol
How are you getting on ? . I'm having another crappy day for some reason I'm not in the zone at the moment but I have stayed 100 %. tested tonight and I'm in ketosis so hopefully it will get easier

Hey tigger . Im still not findin it as easy as last time . But i am stayin 100% tho . In still findin myself gettin light headed into 3rd day of the 2nd week . Where as last time it was gone after 5 days im sure once i get the 3rd week over the last remaining 5 weeks will be easy lol x hope ur feeling better soon
 
Cherry wat are u losin a week average . Im on my phone so cant see signature
 
My biggest losses were the weeks where I spent an hour and a half in the gym 4 times a week! I lost 6 and 7lbs, whereas with not exercising as much I was only averaging around 2/3lbs. But I made sure to drink an extra half litre of water for every 30 mins of exercise I did to replace the water your body sweats out, which is why it affects some losses.

Building muscle won't really become a big factor in affecting weight loss unless it is on a very large scale, bodybuilding for example. General toning and cardio does not increase muscle mass enough for it to show up on the scales, Hope this helps hun =D xxx

Thats exactly it!!!

If your dehydrated you'll hold water so drink more!!!

When i emailed LT they said an extra litre for say a 30 min jog!!!

hey excercise is good as muscle boost the rate that you burn fat, so basically if you are resting then your bady will burn more than if you dont exercise.
im new to tfr but been exercising for the last few weeks, think i want to get into the habbit as i wont be on lipotrim forever. :) x
