Exercising ...

Hello,

There were a few posts before about people exercising and being on S&S, so I just wanted to find out how people are doing with exercising and being on a vlcd ?

I go the gym 3 or 4 times a week for about an hour and a half I do cross trainer, bike and treadmill plus loads of weight machines , I must banish my bingo wings lol. I might go swimming too. If I feel like it I up my protein on gym days. Sometimes I'm extra hungry nothing that a bit of meat doesn't cure.
