Right.... I don't like dairy, milk and cheese are both things I can live without, I do like Muller Light yogurts, can eating say two of these a day replace the milk in my HEXA? I also get chronic stomach cramps if I drink cow's milk, only milk, not cheese weird! So I have Alpro Soya milk and it says at least four hundred Mls, It's not gonna happen!

Muller lights arent a HEa, they are a free food. You need to try and incorporate the HEa in somehow for health reasons

HEXes aren't compulsory, they're there to make sure you get fibre and calcium in your diet. If you're getting enough calcium elsewhere you dont have to force yourself to have them. I dont know how they calculate how much calcium is enough etc though, so I've no idea how many Mullers or whatever else you'd need.

Some other foods high in calcium are tofu, or greens such as kale and broccoli, pulses such as chickpeas, black beans and pinto beans. If youre on a Green day nuts are high in calcium tooso you could HEX hazelnuts, pistachios, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds.

See, my consultant made this big thing about me not drinking milk or eating cheese, I know I can't have enough milk in a day, but yogurt I can cope with, HEXB is easy, just grab cereal bars, but dairy just does not work for me.

Take some calcium tablets then..it's very important to keep your calcium levels right, especially for women.. :)

I think I will, I don't think Muller Light ice cream really counts..... I feel a bit cheaty!

It's still yogurt so will contribute towards your calcium intake. I think SW has to be responsible and ensure people eat dairy so have the hex a..

Cheaty lol bless u

I've discovered nut milks for HEXA. In most supermarkets - Alpro hazelnut and Kara coconut are both amazing. I've have yet to try the Alpro Almond. Ridiculously low in calories at 20 per 100mls. Can have 450 for HEXA. And for a litre they are about £1 or a little bit more. Cheaper than the goats ilk my partner drinks - which I can't abide as it tastes like goat...

Thankyou! No one listens to me when I say goat's milk tastes goaty! But it does, it tastes of evil goats and I don't want it, ever.

Do they taste like the nuts they're made from, coconut would be lush if they do

Oh yeah! The Kara has quite a delicate taste and the Alpro has a stronger taste and I would say they are decidedly lush!
