Likes to eat!
Back on the SW plan seen as it totally worked before but I stopped doing it and went to America to eat my body weight in McDonalds!
Just want to make sure I remember the plan so adding my daily eats on here...appreciate any feedback
This might be a trail run for Jan 1st but I'll see how it goes.

B: 1 x Wholemeal Toast (under 56g) HeB, with baked beans and a poached egg.
L: Cous Cous, lettuce, red kidney beans, tinned new potatoes, yellow pepper, balsamic vinegar
