Anyone able to help me - Are coconuts free? I've left my book at home and need to go shopping after work

If not - is cocnut flavouring free?

I want to make the SW Coconut Macaroons but use sweetner instead of Sugar and was seeing if i could try to make it as low syn or possible syn free ?

Coconuts desicated fresh or the coconut Milk are NOT FREE coconut greek mullers are half a syn each and coconut essence/ flavouring Is Free though hope that helps

You see proof that I should pay more attention to my book! I saw some lovely fresh coconut in sainsburys for like 1.50 I think and I thought to myself oh yum, haven't had that in ages and eat the whole pack! Yes it wasn't the biggest pack but I dread what syns were in that! Yikes!!!!!
