Extra easy express book owner help!

Hi all I'm hoping one of you lovelies can help me, I used to own the extra easy express book but gave it to an old neighbour who moved away and I have been searching everywhere for my favourite recipe. Can somebody please give me the carbonara recipe? It's the only carbonara recipe I like as all the others contain quark etc Please help xxx

3 eggs
1 tub Philadelphia light
Black pepper
100ml chicken stock
2 lean gammon steaks (or 300g sliced smoked ham)
2 cloves of garlic, crushed
1 onion, chopped
250g tagliatelle

Do you need the cooking instructions too?

Thanks i think i must be thinking of the wrong book, the recipe used only eggs and parmessan for the sauce, i will just chuck it all together and see how it goes lol. Many thanks xx

Not slimming world, but I use a recipe from an authentic Italian pasta book...
Dry fry bacon in a big wok, add sliced mushrooms if you like, tip in cooked spaghetti, stir through your hex a allowance of Parmesan (or syn value if you are synning it) at the last minute, take pan off heat and stir through a beaten egg. The residual heat will 'set' the eggs. Grind over some black pepper and serve.
