I've just started doing sw from home again, I did it before and lost a lot of weight but I think it's creeping back on now! Have been ready some posts and have found them really helpful, especially the syn value thread! I was wondering if anyone could tell me the syn value of weight watchers sweet and sour sauce, 350g? I saw a post that said its 1 syn for every 20 calories so worked the whole jar out to be just under 8 syns, but my maths isn't great so just need confirmation from someone!
